
National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Inc.
The Library, which is located inside the Hall of Fame at 25 Main Street in Cooperstown, N.Y., is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day and most other holidays. Admission to the Library is free, and documents and books can be accessed via assistance from the Library staff.
The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum's A. Bartlett Giamatti Research Center contains more than three million documents relating to baseball history.
The collection includes books, team documents, newspaper clippings and an individual file on each of the 17,000-plus men who have played one Major League Baseball game, plus files on most Negro leagues and women's leagues players, and most major league owners, umpires, broadcasters, executives and baseball personalities
The Library's collection also contains more than 500,000 photographs.
